How CVNoble handles guest documents, signed-in accounts and billing. Last updated 22 October 2026.
Guest editing and local storage
Guest CVs and backups are saved in your browser on this device. Local storage has capacity limits and can be cleared by your browser. Download a backup for documents you want to retain.
Account and cloud saving
When you sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your account details and Firebase Firestore stores CVs saved to your account. This can include contact details, education, employment history and uploaded photos. Account CVs are restricted to their owner by access rules.
Billing and service providers
Paddle processes subscription payments as merchant of record when live billing is enabled. We store identifiers, payment confirmation and subscription status to manage access; we do not store full card details. Cloudflare hosts the website and billing service and processes technical request data for delivery and security. Firebase provides authentication and account storage.
Your choices and deletion
You control the information included in your CV and who receives exported files. You can delete saved CVs in the dashboard, clear local browser data or contact support to request account-data access, correction or deletion. Records required for legal, security or payment obligations may be retained where applicable.
Sensitive data and exports
Only include sensitive details when appropriate for the employer and job market. Downloaded PDFs and JSON backups are under your control. Avoid sharing private details through public links or on shared devices.
